Curious Kid Collective is the result of many years of studying and nurturing my passion for child development. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. After earning my bachelor's degree in child development and family studies, I pursued a master’s in education, but my career took me down a different path than the traditional classroom. I worked as a behavior analyst, providing one-on-one therapy for children with autism. It was during this time that I discovered the incredible power of learning through play.

Through sensory play and exploration, I saw firsthand how children can absorb and retain knowledge in ways that are both fun and meaningful. I knew I would one day bring sensory play into my own home. Fast forward to the birth of my daughter, and I did just that. I loved creating themed sensory play activities for her—each one designed to be both engaging and educational.

As I shared these activities with friends and family, I quickly realized that many parents don’t always have the time, energy, or expertise to create these sensory bins themselves. That's when I had the idea for Curious Kid Collective: a business dedicated to providing thoughtfully curated, themed sensory bins that not only keep kids engaged for hours but also take the guesswork out of learning for parents.

At Curious Kid Collective, my goal is to make learning through play easy, accessible, and enjoyable for both children and their families. I’m excited to be able to share these carefully designed sensory bins with you and help foster curiosity and learning in your home!
